The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have officially presented Sunday Ogorchukwu Oliseh to the media and the general public as the new Head Coach of the Senior National Team – Super Eagles.

The former Eagles skipper will instantly get on with the task of preparing the Super Eagles for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier away fixture against Tanzania in the first week of September, as well as an international friendly some days later.

A physical, technical defensive midfielder, Oliseh played for well-known clubs such as AFC Ajax, Borussia Dortmund and Juventus F.C.

The 40-year old gaffer played 54 international matches and scored two goals for Nigeria winning the AFCON trophy in 1994.
